SHIFT: Jennie Guy

Artist, writer, public art consultant and educator Jennie Guy explores her project Art School through a selection of written excerpts from Curriculum: Contemporary Art Goes to School.

Established by Guy in 2014, Art School is an initiative that brings artists into primary and secondary school settings through workshops and residencies.

About the artist

Jennie Guy is an artist, writer, public art consultant and educator based in Dublin. Through these different roles, her work embraces textual, visual, performance and event-based output, initiating both formal and informal collaborations and environments.

Jennie is the director and founder of Art School, a long-term experimental framework that places artists within sites of education.
